Due to the digital and immediately deliverable nature of gift card codes, all sales are subject to the restrictions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Refund Policy
At Audnegin, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. However, due to the unique nature of digital gift cards, our refund policy is subject to specific conditions.
Digital Product Nature
Digital gift cards are virtual products that:
- Are delivered electronically via email
- Contain unique codes that can be used immediately upon receipt
- Cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once the code is revealed
- May be subject to the terms and conditions of third-party issuers
When Refunds Are Available
✅ Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your gift card code within 24 hours of purchase and did not receive a response from customer support within 48 hours
- Invalid or Non-Functional Code: If the gift card code provided was invalid, already used, or did not work at the time of delivery (requires verification)
- Wrong Product: If you received a different gift card than what you ordered (e.g., wrong retailer or denomination)
- Duplicate Charge: If you were charged multiple times for a single order
- Technical Error: If a technical error on our website resulted in an incorrect purchase
⚠️ Partial Refund May Apply
Partial refunds may be considered in these situations:
- Gift card balance discrepancies verified with the issuer
- Gift cards that expired shortly after purchase due to pre-existing conditions not disclosed at time of sale
- Other exceptional circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis
❌ NOT Eligible for Refund
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind after receiving the gift card code
- Already Redeemed: If the gift card code has been redeemed, partially or fully
- Already Revealed: If you accessed and viewed the gift card code (in most cases)
- Lost or Stolen Codes: If you lost the gift card code or it was stolen after delivery
- Incorrect Email Address: If you provided an incorrect email address and the code was delivered to that address
- Failure to Use: If you did not use the gift card within the validity period
- Issuer Terms Violation: If the issuer declined the gift card due to violation of their terms
- Buyer's Remorse: General dissatisfaction without valid technical or delivery issues
- Third-Party Restrictions: Issues arising from the gift card issuer's policies or restrictions
- After 48 Hours: Refund requests made more than 48 hours after the gift card was delivered (except for non-functionality issues)
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under these conditions:
Before Code Delivery
Timeframe: Within 15 minutes of purchase

Result: Full refund if the gift card code has not been generated or delivered
Important: We cannot guarantee cancellation if automated delivery has already begun
After Code Delivery
Cancellation: Not available
Alternative: Request a refund following the refund policy guidelines
Note: Once a code is delivered, it is considered a completed transaction

- Verify the information provided
- Contact the gift card issuer if necessary
- Determine eligibility based on this policy
- Notify you of the decision via email
Step 4: Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email with refund details
- Bank processing times may vary (additional 3-5 business days)
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card (5-10 business days)
- PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account (3-5 business days)
- Other Payment Methods: Processed according to the payment provider's policies
Note: We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts than those used for the original purchase.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Before Filing a Chargeback
If you are considering filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and may be able to provide a faster resolution.
Chargeback Policy
If you file a chargeback:
- We will provide evidence of delivery and transaction details to your payment provider
- Your account may be suspended pending investigation
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination

- We are not responsible for issuer policy changes or discontinuations

If you experience technical problems with our website during purchase:

- Full refunds available if technical errors resulted in incorrect orders
